جامعة صنعاء : زيارة نائب رئيس البعثة الدولية للصليب الأحمر لكلية الطب

في إطار تعزيز التعاون الأكاديمي والمهني، قامت السيدة فريال راضي، نائب رئيس البعثة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في اليمن، بزيارة إلى كلية الطب والعلوم الصحية بجامعة صنعاء صباح اليوم. وكان في استقبالها الدكتور خالد الخميسي، عميد الكلية .
خلال الزيارة، ناقش الطرفان مجموعة من المواضيع الهامة، بما في ذلك دعم البرامج الأكاديمية والمشاريع المتعلقة ببرنامج الأطراف الصناعية والتعويضية. وأعربت السيدة راضي عن إعجابها بمستوى التعليم والتدريب الذي يتلقاه الطلاب والطالبات، مشيدة بالتجهيزات المتاحة والجهود المبذولة لإعداد الكوادر المؤهلة في هذا المجال الحيوي .
واستعرض الدكتور الخميسي آخر التحديثات التي تشهدها الكلية، بما في ذلك تطوير المناهج الدراسية وتحديث المعامل. وفي ختام الزيارة، أكدت السيدة راضي على أهمية التعاون المستمر مع الكلية، مشيرةً إلى أن اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر تسعى لدعم برامج تأهيل كوادر متميزة في مجالات الأطراف الصناعية والتعويضية والعلاج الطبيعي .
من جانبه، أعرب الدكتور الخميسي عن تقديره لهذه الزيارة، مؤكداً على أهمية الدعم المستمر والشراكة مع اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر. وشارك في الزيارة منسق البرامج ياسر العماد والدكتورة فاطمة اليماني .

Visit of the Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross to the Faculty of Medicine at Sana’a University
Sana’a – In an effort to enhance academic and professional collaboration, Ms. Freal Radi, Deputy Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Yemen, visited the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sana’a University this morning. She was welcomed by Dr. Khaled Al-Khamesy the Dean of the Faculty .
During the visit, the two parties discussed several important topics, including support for academic programs and projects related to the prosthetics and orthotics program. Ms. Radi expressed her admiration for the level of education and training received by students, commending the available facilities and the efforts made to prepare qualified personnel in this vital field .
Dr. Al-Khamesy presented the latest updates within the faculty, including curriculum development and laboratory enhancements. At the end of the visit, Ms Radi emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration with the faculty, noting that the International Committee of the Red Cross aims to support the training of outstanding professionals in the fields of prosthetics, orthotics, and physical therapy .
In response, Dr. Al-Khamesy expressed his appreciation for the visit, highlighting the significance of continuous support and partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross. The visit was also attended by program coordinator Yasser Al-Imad and Dr. Fatima Al-Yamani .
