جامعة صنعاء : قسم إدارة الأعمال يناقش خطة أطروحة دكتوراه حول التحول الرقمي والأداء المالي

عقد قسم إدارة الأعمال بكلية التجارة والاقتصاد – جامعة صنعاء، سمنارًا علميًا لمناقشة خطة أطروحة دكتوراه مقدمة من الباحث محمد أحمد محمد عيسى، بعنوان: ” دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين اداء البنوك من خلال الميزة التنافسية
دراسة ميدانية في البنوك اليمنية العاملة في امانة العاصمة صنعاء “.
وشارك في جلسة المناقشة كل من:أ.د. أحمد محمد الشامي أستاذ إدارة الأعمال بجامعة صنعاء والمشرف على الرسالة ،
أ.م.د. نبيل محمد العلفي، أستاذ إدارة الأعمال المشارك بجامعة عمران (مناقشًا ورئيسًا).
أ.م.د. عبدالعزيز محمد المخلافي أستاذ إدارة الأعمال المشارك بجامعة صنعاء ورئيس قسم إدارة الأعمال بكلية التجارة والاقتصاد (مناقشًا).
د. علي أحمد الحامدي، أستاذ الإحصاء المساعد بجامعة صنعاء (مناقشًا إحصائيًا).
وقد استعرض الباحث خطة أطروحته ومحتوياتها قبل أن يثريها أعضاء لجنة السمنار بالملاحظات العلمية، والتوجيهات الأكاديمية تمهيدًا لإقرارها رسميًا في اجتماع مجلس القسم العلمي.

Department of Business Administration Holds Seminar for PhD Dissertation Proposal on Digital Transformation and Financial Performance

Department of Business Administration at Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Sana’a University, held a scientific seminar today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, to discuss a PhD Dissertation proposal.
The proposal was presented by Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed Issa, with a dissertation titled: “The Impact of Digital Transformation on Financial Performance Through the Mediating Role of Competitive Advantage: A Field Study of Yemeni Commercial Banks in the Capital Secretariat (Sana’a).”

The PhD Viva-voce committee consisted of:

• Prof. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Shami, Professor of Business Administration at Sana’a University (Main Supervisor).
• Assoc. Prof. Nabil Mohammed Al-Olufi, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Amran University (Examiner and Chairman).
• Assoc. Prof. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Mekhlafi, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Sana’a University and Head of the Department of Business Administration at Faculty of Commerce and Economics (Examiner).
• Asst. Prof. Ali Ahmed Al-Hamidi, Assistant Professor of Statistics at Sana’a University (Statistical Examiner).

The candidate presented his dissertation plan and its contents, after which the seminar committee members enriched the proposal with scholarly observations and academic guidance, in preparation for its official approval at the departmental council meeting.
