جامعة صنعاء: ورشة حول الإدارة الفعالة للمقرر الدراسي بكلية الطب

بدأت بصنعاء اليوم ورشة علمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس “السريرية” حول الإدارة الفعالة للمقرر الدراسي، تنظمها كلية الطب والعلوم الصحية بجامعة صنعاء .
وتأتي الورشة التي تستمر يومين، ضمن الخطة الإستراتيجية لتحقيق الريادة في مجال التعليم الطبي والصحي في اليمن .
وفي الورشة أكد عميد الكلية الأستاذ الدكتور/ خالد الخميسي، حرص الكلية على إقامة سلسلة من الورش العلمية لتأهيل الكوادر الأكاديمية والإدارية بالكلية في إطار إلتزاماتها بالمعايير وبما يمكنهم من تنفيذ برنامج الإدارة الفعالة للمقرر الدراسي وفقاً لمتطلبات ومعايير الإعتماد الأكاديمي الدولي الذي تسعى الكلية للحصول عليه خلال الفترة القريبة .
وأشار إلى أن الورشة تتناول آلية تنفيذ المقرر الدراسي وفقاً لإستراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم، والتعليم المستمر، وتنمية قدرات الكادر بماهو جديد لمواكبة البرامج الحديثة في هذا المجال .
ولفت الدكتور الخميسي، إلى حرص الكلية على إعداد مخرجات مؤهلة تتمتع بالمعرفة والمهارات المواكبة لاحتياجات المجتمع والملتزمة بأخلاقيات المهنة التي تمكنها من الريادة في تقديم الخدمات الصحية النوعية والمنافسة محلياً ودولياً .
من جانبه إستعرض نائب عميد الكلية لشئون الجودة الأستاذ الدكتور/ عارف الحمادي، فوائد الحصول على الإعتماد الأكاديمي لبرنامج الطب والجراحة الأهمية والضرورة، لضمان جودة التعليم الطبي وتحسين التحصيل العلمي والمناهج الدراسية والسريرية، والاعتراف الدولي بالشهادات الصادرة عن الجامعة أو الكلية .
فيما تطرقت عميدة مركز التطوير الأكاديمي وضمان الجودة بجامعة صنعاء الأستاذ الدكتور/ هدى العماد، إلى نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف التي واجهت موقع التدريب، ومقترحات تطوير التدريب السريري والمرتبط بالجوانب الأكاديمية.
واعتبرت تقرير المقرر الدراسي خارطة طريق لعملية التدريس في الكلية، وتأكيداً على أهمية الإدارة الفاعلة للمقرر الدراسي لضمان الحصول على مخرجات نوعية مواكبة لثورة التكنولوجيا التي غيرّت كثير من المفاهيم والنظريات العلمية .
بدوره إستعرض الخبير الوطني الأستاذ الدكتور/ صالح باحاج، ونائب عميد مركز التطوير الأكاديمي بالجامعة الدكتور أحمد مجاهد، تقرير ومحتويات ملف المقرر، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومساعديهم بكلية الطب وفقاً للبيئة التعليمية، والترقيات والحوافز ونظام الإدارات، وأداء القائمين على الجامعة، والوضع المادي، وجودة الخدمات التدريبية، ومهارات التعليم والتعلم والإستراتيجيات الحديثة في التدريس الفعال، والبحث العلمي .

A workshop on effective course management at the Faculty of Medicine, Sana’a University
A scientific workshop for “clinical” faculty members on effective course management began in Sana’a today, organized by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Sana’a University.
The two-day workshop comes within the strategic plan to achieve leadership in the field of medical and health education in Yemen.
In the workshop, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Khamisi, stressed the Faculty’s keenness to hold a series of scientific workshops to qualify the Faculty’s academic and administrative cadres within the framework of its commitment to standards and to enable them to implement the effective course management program in accordance with the requirements and standards of international academic accreditation that the Faculty seeks to obtain during the period. Nearby.
He pointed out that the workshop deals with the mechanism of implementing the curriculum in accordance with teaching and learning strategies, continuing education, and developing the capabilities of the staff with something new to keep pace with modern programs in this field.
Dr. Al-Khamisi pointed out the Faculty’s keenness to prepare qualified graduates who possess the knowledge and skills that keep pace with the needs of society and are committed to professional ethics that enable it to be a leader in providing quality health services that compete locally and internationally.
For his part, the Deputy Dean of the Faculty for Quality Affairs, Professor Dr. Arif Al-Hammadi, reviewed the benefits of obtaining academic accreditation for the medicine and surgery program, the importance and necessity, to ensure the quality of medical education, improve academic achievement, academic and clinical curricula, and international recognition of certificates issued by the university or Faculty.
While the Dean of the Center for Academic Development and Quality Assurance at Sana’a University, Professor Dr. Hoda Al-Emad, touched on the strengths and weaknesses that faced the training site, and proposals for developing clinical training related to academic aspects.
The course report was considered a road map for the teaching process in the Faculty, and an emphasis on the importance of effective management of the course to ensure obtaining qualitative outcomes that keep pace with the technology revolution that has changed many scientific concepts and theories.
In turn, the national expert, Professor Dr. Saleh Bahaj, and the Deputy Dean of the University’s Academic Development Center, Dr. Ahmed Mujahid, reviewed the report and contents of the course file, and the measure of job satisfaction for faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Medicine according to the educational environment, promotions, incentives, management system, the performance of those in charge of the university, and the financial situation. The quality of training services, teaching and learning skills, and modern strategies in effective teaching and scientific research.
