جامعة صنعاء  : فعالية علمية تهدف إلى خفض نسبة الوفيات المرتبطة بأمراض القلب خلال الحمل والولادة

أقامت كلية الطب والعلوم الصحية بجامعة صنعاء، بالتعاون بين قسمي النساء والتوليد وقسم القلب والأوعية الدموية، فعالية علمية ناجحة في مستشفى الكويت الجامعي، تهدف هذه الفعالية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية خفض نسبة الوفيات المصابات بأمراض القلب خلال فترة الحمل والولادة .
شملت الفعالية مناقشة الحالات المختلفة والمعقدة التي يعاني منها النساء الحوامل والمصابات بأمراض القلب وتم تبادل الخبرات والمعرفة بين أطباء النساء والتوليد وأطباء القلب والأوعية الدموية بهدف تحسين الرعاية الصحية لهذه الفئة الهامة من المرضى .
وعلى ضوء نتائج المناقشات أوصى الأخصائيين بتشكيل فريق متخصص يضم أعضاء من ذوي الخبرة في بأمراض النساء والتوليد وأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية والتخدير لمتابعة الحمل والولادة ما يحسن التشخيص المبكر وتقديم الرعاية الشاملة للمرضى، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التوعية والتدريب للحد من حدوث مضاعفات قلبية خلال فترة الحمل والولادة .
ومن المهم تأكيد أن تشكيل الفريق المتخصص سيتم وفقاً للمؤهلات والخبرات المتنوعة لأعضائه، مما سيسهم في تحقيق أفضل النتائج العلاجية والحد من الوفيات المرتبطة بأمراض القلب في هذه الفترة الحساسة .
وتعد هذه الفعالية العلمية خطوة هامة نحو تعزيز الرعاية الصحية للنساء الحوامل المصابات بأمراض القلب، وتسليط الضوء على أهمية التعاون بين الأقسام المختلفة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج وتوفير الرعاية المثلى للمرضى .
حضر الفعالية العلمية كلاً من عميد كلية الطب والعلوم الصحية بجامعة صنعاء أ.د/ خالد الخميسي ومدير عام مستشفى الثورة د/ همدان باجري ورئيس قسم النساء والتوليد أ.د/ عليه شعيب ومدير مركز القلب والقسطرة بالمستشفى الجامعي أ.د/ صلاح الشوكي وعميدة كلية العلوم الطبية بجامعة ٢١سبتمبر أ.د/ سلوى الغميري وعدد كبير من الإستشاريين في مجال النساء والولادة والقلب وطلاب الدراسات العليا .

‏Scientific Event Aims to Reduce Maternal Heart Disease-Related Deaths During Pregnancy and Childbirth

‏The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Sana’a, University in collaboration between the Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Cardiology and Cardiovascular, organized a successful scientific event at Kuwait University Hospital. This event aims to highlight the importance of reducing maternal heart disease-related deaths during the period of pregnancy and childbirth .
‏The event included discussions on various complex cases faced by pregnant women with heart disease. Knowledge and expertise were exchanged among obstetricians, gynecologists, cardiologists, and cardiovascular specialists to improve healthcare for this important patient population .
‏Based on the outcomes of the discussions, specialists recommended the formation of a dedicated team comprising members experienced in women’s health, obstetrics, cardiology, cardiovascular and anesthesia, to monitor pregnancy and childbirth. This team will focus on improving early diagnosis and providing comprehensive care to patients, in addition to promoting awareness and training to minimize cardiac complications during the perinatal period .
‏It is important to emphasize that the formation of the specialized team will be based on the diverse qualifications and experiences of its members, contributing to achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes and reducing heart disease-related deaths during this critical period.
‏This scientific event represents a significant step towards enhancing healthcare for pregnant women with heart disease and emphasizes the importance of collaboration among different departments to achieve the best results and provide optimal care for patients .
‏The scientific event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Khaled Alkhamesy and Director of Al-Thawra Hospital, Dr. Hamdan Al-bajri, the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Aliya Shuaib, the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Center at the University Hospital, Dr. Salah Al-Shawki, and Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences at September 21 University, Prof. Dr. Salwa Al-Ghomairi and a large number of consultants in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiology, as well as postgraduate students .
